Sign Up Now for 2005 Midwest Environmental Conference

Everything you ever wanted to know about environmental issues in today’s business world will be discussed at the 2005 annual Midwest Region Environmental Conference coming up April 26-27 in Kansas City.

Co-sponsored by The Kansas Chamber and the state chambers of Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa, the conference will examine environmental policy and regulation along with the emerging rationalization of environmental issues.

Keynote speaker for the conference will be David Uhlmann, chief of the U.S. Justice Department’s Environmental Crimes Section

Other experts will speak on a wide variety of environmental issues, including:

  • Shipping of hazardous materials
  • How to get your federal hazardous waste penalty reduced
  • The rising tide of water issues
  • Energy options for environmental managers and executives
  • Strategies for breaking the deadlock on national energy legislation
