Kansas Chamber Announces 2014 Annual Dinner Keynote Speaker


Topeka, KAN. (October 23, 2013) - The Kansas Chamber is pleased to announce Ben Stein, economist, author, lawyer, and teacher, as the 2014 Annual Dinner keynote speaker. Presented by AT&T Kansas, a multinational telecommunications corporation, the Chamber's dinner is the largest annual statewide gathering of business and political leaders in the state.

"We are very pleased to have someone with the national recognition of Ben Stein as the keynote speaker for our Annual Dinner," said Kansas Chamber President & CEO Mike O'Neal.  "Mr. Stein will offer his unique and entertaining perspective on the current political landscape based on his experiences, and will be a speaker whom both our business members and political leaders will appreciate."

Ben Stein has been a columnist and analyst of economic and legal and cultural behavior for The Wall Street Journal, for The New York Times, Fortune, The Washington Post, Yahoo Finance and many other publications. In 2009, he won the Malcolm Forbes Award for Excellence in Financial Writing.
