Writers Needed for Story Series About the Kansas Business Community

The Kansas Chamber is looking for writers for a series of stories we want to publish about the Kansas business community for our new website, KansasBizNews.com, and on social media.

The project is being hosted by the Kansas Micro Internship program through the Kansas Board of Regents. Each micro internship is expected to take about four hours to complete two stories, each minimum length of 500 words. The stories can focus on business-related topics, company leaders, entrepreneurs, successes, and challenges.

Those chosen for the series will receive story ideas, research topics, conduct interviews, and write stories. Once completed, the intern will be paid $60.

If you are interested in one of these micro internships, you can apply here.

Also, you can read more about the Chamber’s regular business reporter internship opportunities here.
